Pyjama Drama: Early years (age 5 to 7)

Pyjama Drama for children in their early years aims to develop core social skills – concentration, co-operation and confidence whilst providing them with a range of drama skills they can use to express themselves creatively.

Each hour long class combines the creative elements of drama, movement and music, to create a fun, creative class for children aged between five and seven years. A different theme such as ‘Celebrations around the world’ ‘The three witches’ or ‘Underwater worlds’ is followed each term.

Guided by enthusiastic and experienced teachers, children work in small groups to create short dramas, take and develop roles, and begin to learn simple scripts. Drama games, music activities and moving to music all combine to make Pyjama Drama a truly creative and unique experience!
